What this means is this plan doesn't just pay off for customers if they hit an exact usage bullseye, it makes sure they have savings that continue to be built in the more energy a customer uses. This way you see low average kWh charges as long as you're a consistent high energy consumer, which makes this one of the more reliable Bill Credit plans on the market. Even though the energy charge is a bit high, the bill credits keep the overall bills low, as long as you use a lot of electricity.
